We offer yoga and fitness classes throughout the week at our Lincoln Heights location to help lengthen, strengthen, and balance your body and mind. Weekly classes are open to all levels and are included with membership or day pass. Mats, blocks, and straps are available for use, free of charge.

This class will focus on deep stretching as well as steady movement to build strength and flexibility, and to bring awareness back into the breath and body. All bodies and levels of experience are welcome!

In this one-hour clinic, you’ll get to: work your antagonistic climbing muscles by pushing instead of pulling; explore fun and challenging exercises both on and off your hands; maintain your shoulder and forearm strength and health through massage and light-weight balance workouts; and get all the answers you need about what to do with your hands and shoulders, how to provide the best platform and alignment, and more! All levels welcome.

Thai yoga massage can be considered a mindful combination of yoga and massage. It is practiced on fully clothed people on padded mats, using the body weight of the giver rather than muscular strength. The workshop will include guided and demonstrated sequences, as well as safety, communication, and how to help your receiver feel at ease. All are welcome; no experience needed.
