Brie Wakeland Muszynski has been a yoga practitioner since 2001 and has taught yoga and meditation since 2014. She is certified through Yoga Alliance with a 500 hour E-RYT. She travelled to Rishikesh, India for her initial 200 hour yoga training and was certified through Wanderlust Hollywood for her advanced 300 hour YTT. She has had the privilege of studying under teachers, such as Annie Carpenter, Carrie Owerko, Jen Vu, and Hilary Jackendoff.
Brie’s approach to yoga focuses on finding a place to balance between strength and flexibility, exertion, release, and rest. Her classes focus on finding an avenue to release the stress of life. You can expect to move, sweat, breathe, and rest. Most of her classes integrate a short sound bath into the savasana practice.
