ADAPTIVE CLIMBING

Do you have a disability? Try out Adaptive Climbing! Hosted every Thursday Night @ Lincoln Heights from 5:00pm – 9:30pm. Don’t let a disability stop you from getting vertical.

Whether you have a disability, know someone who may be interested, want to help others experience the joy of climbing, or are simply curious, drop by for this club. First-time gym visitors can try the club for free; otherwise, participation is included with the purchase of a day pass or with membership.

We’re always looking for volunteers! Sign up as a volunteer belayer and receive a free day pass. You must be top-rope certified at The Stronghold to volunteer. Volunteer for either a portion or the entirety of the session.
