If you have never climbed before, or have very little experience, consider taking intro classes at our Echo Park or Lincoln Heights location before diving into private training! We also have plenty of climbing options in the gym that don’t require experience or a belay partner. Drop by the gym and receive a brief safety orientation from one of our staff members to get started.
If you are seeking one-on-one help with your climbing or looking to take your climbing, yoga, or fitness to the next level, we offer Private Training and Advanced Private Training with our experienced staff members. Sessions must be at least two hours long.

Our private trainers cover all the following topics and more:
– Beginning, intermediate, and advanced climbing technique
– Discipline-specific training (i.e., bouldering, top rope, lead)
– Cross-training, injury prevention, and general fitness
– Outdoor climbing skills
– Climbing-specific training (e.g., system boards, hangboarding, etc.)
