Sprout is a California native re-indigenized Mexican, Nicaraguan y Guatamayan.
Their teaching style is gentle rooting from love and mindfulness. If you don’t see them here they are probably frolicking in the forest, guiding chocolate(cacao) meditations or baking pan dulce.

Coming to class you might hear tales from various teachings from the Mayan calendar to Indian classics being weaved into class. Their belief is that we live in a very magical world so why not be in it as much as possible! Looking forward to seeing you in class!
