TRAINING & CONDITIONING SERIES W/ REN

Have you tried a training plan but have trouble sticking to it or didn’t see results? Are you interested in training but feel nervous or don’t know where to start? This 4-week training and conditioning series is designed to break plateaus and accelerate progress toward your climbing goals. The series is best suited for the experienced beginner to advanced climber who is new to or has dabbled in climbing training and conditioning.
In addition to the training and conditioning program, you’ll have access to the motivation, accountability, and camaraderie that comes with a group training environment while also receiving individualized feedback and recommendations. This series uses a progressive training approach to adapt session workouts and coaching to each climber’s skill and fitness level. This makes it possible to enroll in the series again and continue to benefit from the training program.

● Off wall warm up
● Climbing warm up
● Technical Micro Clinic
● Climbing workout
● Off wall conditioning workout
● Flexibility Cooldown
What to Bring:
● Journal/notebook
● Pen/pencil
● Climbing shoes
● Chalk
● Water bottle
● Snack
About the Coach:
Ren Demeis-Ortiz is an ACE certified personal trainer and award-winning coach with over a decade of experience coaching climbers of all ages and skill levels to meet their recreational and competitive goals. They hold specialist certifications in Functional Training, Sports Performance, Youth Fitness, Weight Management and Behavior Change and have coached competitive youth athletes from qualification to National Championships since 2013.
