Warm up with a playful sequence of poses focused on breath, body awareness, and challenging variations. Cool down with deeper stretches designed to promote flexibility. All levels welcome.

Warm up the entire body and flow strongly in this arc-sequenced class. For the beginner practitioner or the expert yogi, this class is designed to align and enliven all bodies

YOGA FOR CLIMBERS
Time: 7:30 PM - 8:30 PM
Yoga for Climbers: Complement your climbing with a class that creatively combines a mix of yoga traditions (Hatha, Iyengar, Vinyasa) to encourage awareness of your body and breath on the mat, on the wall, and beyond! Beginner to Advanced students welcome, modifications for injuries and all levels will be provided.

Rooted in vinyasa flow, the first half of class will focus on alignment and building heat. Second half grounds and cools with restorative poses to bring you right into your best Friday

MEDITATION & RESTORATIVE YOGA
Time: 7:30 PM - 8:30 PM
Slow down and release tension from your week in this class focused on the observation of breath. Practice furthering your mind body connection through guided mediation and passive stretching which allow your body and mind to relax more deeply. The perfect compliment to an active work out and an excellent antidote to stress.
