MEMBERSHIP POLICIES

Need to make a change to your membership? All membership changes need to be submitted via the the form below!
Billing: Membership dues are billed on the first of the month and your initial month is prorated (i.e. if you join halfway through a month, you’re charged half the monthly rate for that calendar month).

One Calendar Month Minimum: After you are billed on the 1st of the month for your first full month of membership, you can submit a freeze or cancellation request at any time.

Freezing:

  • Freeze your membership for as long as you like and you won’t incur an initiation fee when you come back.
  • The freeze fee is $10 / month.
  • Membership freezes begin on the next billing date.
  • When you thaw your membership, your account will be billed a prorated amount for the remainder of the billing month.

Cancelling:

  • You can cancel at any time effective on the first of the following month.
  • Your membership will remain active until the end of the month (canceling mid-month will not grant a refund for the remainder of the billing month).
  • The cancellation or expiration of your credit card does not automatically cancel your membership or this agreement. If your card is canceled or expires, you will continue to be invoiced and agree to pay these invoices according to your card issuer agreement.
