Yoga and Fitness Classes

Yoga and fitness classes at the Stronghold allow our members to practice in a supportive group setting.  Mats, blocks, blankets and straps are available.  See below for the class schedule. Classes are free for members and included in the price of a day pass/punch pass.

Class Schedule

Monday

Teacher: Chelsea Griffie

Time: 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Core class:  Strengthen your core muscles in this invigorating mat class.

 

Teacher: Jamie Vickers

Time: 8:15 PM - 9:30 PM

Yoga class:  Unwind and connect to your breath in this class filled with Ashtanga-inspired poses.


 

Tuesday

Teacher: Laura Riley

Time:  7:00 AM - 8:15 AM

Yoga class:  Hatha Awakening - rise and let your body shine with asanas (physical poses) and pranayama (breathwork) that will get you ready for the rest of your day.  

 

Teacher: Allison Tarrasch

Time:  8:15 PM - 9:30 PM

Yoga class:  Flow and let go, all levels welcome.  

 

Teacher: Samvel Azizbekyan

Time: 7 PM - 8 PM

Fitness class: Training with Sam:  Perform bodyweight exercises and get strong in this fitness class!


 

Wednesday

Yoga class: 
Yoga for Climbers: Complement your climbing with a class that creatively combines a mix of yoga traditions (Hatha, Iyengar, Vinyasa) to encourage awareness of your body and breath on the mat, on the wall, and beyond! Beginner to Advanced students welcome, modifications for injuries and all levels will be provided.


 

Friday

Teacher: Tessa Jade Richardson

Time: 7:15 AM  - 8:45 AM

Yoga class: Awaken Yoga Flow: Connecting breath work and movement to bring awareness to the body, build strength, endurance and flexibility.  All levels welcome - beginners are encouraged to join.

 

Teacher: Rebecca Plevin

Time: 7:30 PM - 8:45 PM

Yoga class: Vinyasa flow.  All levels welcome.

 


 

Saturday
